Application

To apply for a Scholarship, please download and complete the Applicant Information form (.docx) and submit alongside a Resume, a high quality head and shoulders JPEG, an unofficial High School Transcript, an unofficial University Transcript (if applicable), and an Essay about your activities, interests and accomplishments.

All documents must be up-to-date and submitted as PDFs contained in a single email. Please do not send zip files or links to Google Docs, Drive or other file hosting services.

Please send an official university transcript or a PDF of your complete high school record when your final grades become available.

Applications are preferred before March 15th and are required by May 15th.
